In this project, I explored a path where the user doesn’t rely on a classic SaaS UI. Instead, I proposed a conversational interface where all CTAs are always visible. If the user needs to dive deeper, they can either ask for what they want or switch to a more traditional view.
Short description
This page template has been reused multiple times within the Zowie app. I’ve applied this pattern to Surveys, the Order Tracking module, as well as Post- and Pre-Chat surveys. The initial idea was to present a simplified version of the form that reflects a conversational approach—mirroring how content appears in a real conversation. More advanced options were available in edit mode.
